

Dr. Megan LeFave
Owner, DVM, CCRT, cVMA
Dr. Megan LeFave and her husband moved to Middleton in 2017 and have loved becoming part of the community. She feels incredibly fortunate to also be a member of the Treasure Valley veterinary community and is deeply passionate about helping pets live pain-free lives through rehabilitation medicine, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine.
From 2017 to 2020, Dr. LeFave worked at WestVet as both a Canine Rehabilitation Veterinarian and an Emergency Veterinarian. In 2023, she founded the practice in Nampa with the goal of improving pets’ mobility and quality of life. Her commitment to advancing rehabilitation medicine in the Treasure Valley led to the creation of PetMotion Veterinary Rehabilitation Centers, where the focus is on restoring mobility, relieving pain, and strengthening the bond between pets and the people who love them.

Dr. LeFave is thrilled to have Dr. Pryde and Dr. Turner join the PetMotion team. Her vision has always been to build a team of veterinarians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, and client service professionals with advanced training in Canine Rehabilitation and Medical Acupuncture. Together, their goal is to create individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced therapies to help pets stay active, comfortable, and pain-free.
When she’s not working, riding her horses, or tending to their small farm, Dr. LeFave enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and their three German Shorthaired Pointers—Ginny, Franny, and Dewey.

Meaghan Pryde
DVM, cVMA, CCRT
Dr. Meaghan Pryde moved back to Idaho and joined PetMotion in 2025. She is originally from Chicago, received her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois. After graduation, Dr. Pryde pursued a small animal rotating internship at WestVet Emergency and Specialty Center here in Boise, ID. Over the last 10 years, she has continued to work in Emergency medicine all over the country.

Dr. Pryde has spent the last few years traveling up to Alaska to volunteer for the Iditarod to care for the dogs along the race. This has spurred her interest in veterinary rehab medicine and sports medicine for our animals.
When not at work, Dr. Pryde enjoys being outside with her 3 dogs (Jay, Walter, and George). They enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, and fishing!
She is excited to be back in Idaho and looking forward to helping patients.

Gabby Turner
DVM
Dr. Gabby Turner joined PetMotion in 2025 and is a recent graduate from Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She is originally from Augusta, Georgia, but has lived in Virginia for the last 15 years. Dr. Turner graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech in 2022, with an emphasis on food animal production. She started veterinary school with a love for dairy cows and zoo animal conservation but found her love for rehabilitation medicine after doing an externship during her second year. Once she discovered how much rehabilitation medicine can help pets she knew there was no looking back.

When not working, Dr. Turner enjoys hiking, camping and getting pup cups with her partner and their rescue dogs Giggles, Georgia and Lenny. She also loves to volunteer and foster animals for the local animal shelters whenever they can. Dr. Turner is so excited to meet the community here in Idaho and to be a part of helping your pets maintain a happy and most importantly mobile lifestyle!

Jordan Waddell
Certified Canine Rehab Nurse (CCRVT)
Jordan joined the team in July 2023 and is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and return to their normal routines, especially following surgery. He enjoys being part of each pet’s recover journey and finds fulfillment in seeing their strength, mobility, and confidence return over time.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys golfing, spending time with family, and relaxing in the sun. He also has a Corgi named Yukon, who keeps him active and entertained.

Lyndsey McCartney
Canine Rehabilitation Institute Trained, Rehabilitation Technician
Lyndsey joined the team in July 2023 and is trained through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute. She is passionate about helping pets recover, supporting both patients and their owners through every stage of life, and creating individualized rehab plans tailored to each animal’s unique needs. She especially enjoys the creativity that comes with rehabilitation, recognizing that no two patients respond the same and adapting her approach to best support their progress.
Her passion for rehab became even more personal when her own dog experienced mobility challenges with age, further deepening her dedication to improving quality of life for her patients.
Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys camping with her boyfriend and dog, hiking, and getting creative with crafting. She has a full house of pets, including Luna, her pit bull mix, and her 3 cats Ava, Ash and Beans.

Marion Watson
Rehab Technician
Marion joined the team in February 2024 after developing a growing interest in rehabilitation during her time at a previous veterinary clinic. She recalls seeing dogs recovering from TPLO surgeries and wondering if there was more that could be done to support their healing. When she discovered PetMotion’s integrative approach to care, she was excited for the opportunity to be part of a team focused on improving recovery and overall quality of life for patients.
Since joining, Marion has continued to expand her knowledge and is grateful for the opportunity to work with a wide variety of pets, helping support their progress and recovery along the way.
Outside of work, Marion enjoys exploring the great outdoors, interacting with a variety of animals, and getting lost in a good book. She also has a cat named Penelope.

Janys Lunstrum
Rehab Technician
Janys joined the team in February 2025 and was drawn to veterinary rehabilitation to explore alternative approaches to medicine and healing. She is passionate about supporting patients through recovery using a well-rounded, integrative approach that focuses on improving comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life.
Outside of work, Janys enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog, gardening, working with plants, and spending time cooking and baking. She shares her home with Amos, her German Shorthaired Pointer, and Mack, her orange domestic longhair cat.

Amaya Six
Rehab Technician
Amaya joined the team in June 2025 and is passionate about helping pets regain their strength, mobility, and quality of life through rehabilitation. She was drawn to veterinary rehab because of the meaningful, personal relationships it allows her to build with both patients and their owners, as well as the opportunity to see lives transformed as pets become more active, comfortable, and confident.
Outside of work, Amaya enjoys staying active through outdoor sports like softball and pickleball, traveling around with her husband, Van, and spending time with her two cavaliers and chihuahua – Nessie, Ruthie and Sage. You’ll often find her taking them on walks and making the most of time outdoors.

Gianna Perugi
Client Service Coordinator
Gianna joined the team in August 2023 and brings a warm, compassionate presence to her role as a Customer Service Representative. She has a passion for being part of each pet’s healing journey and truly values the connections she builds with pet owners, especially getting to hear their stories and support them along the way.
Outside of work, Gianna enjoys helping out on her family’s farm, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She has a full house of animals, including her two dogs, Miller and Cooper, a horse named Ruby, as well as cows and chickens.

Kelsey Sanguinetti
Client Service Coordinator
Kelsey joined the team in January 2024 and brings a genuine love for animals and client care to her role as a Customer Service Representative. She was drawn to veterinary rehabilitation because of the joy it brings her to see pets given a second chance at a happy, active life.
Outside of work, Kelsey loves spending time with her kids and staying involved in their extracurricular activities. She also has a full home of animals, including two dogs, two ducks, one cat, and four stray cats she cares for.

Kristina Jenkins
Client Service Coordinator
Kristina joined PetMotion in 2024. She is our off-site Client Service Coordinator and she plays an important role in supporting clients behind the scenes, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and cared for every step of the way. She was drawn to veterinary rehabilitation because of her deep dedication to helping animals and finds it incredibly rewarding to see the improvements patients make in their mobility and overall quality of life.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys cooking, reading, and hiking. She has a sassy Golden Retriever named Adelaide.
